Chrissy Cole was hired as Pahlisch Homes CFO on July 1, 2015 and in less than 2 years time she left an extremely positive impact on our organization. NW Financial Consultants was instrumental in the success of our accounting system migration and upgrade from QuickBooks to Sage 100. Chrissy Cole worked tirelessly as the lead for our extremely complex multi company system conversion.
Additionally, she developed a full set of Accounting Policy and Procedures, restructured our Accounting and Finance department and assisted in creating a set of Human Resource Policies and Procedures.
