Chrissy Cole, founder, has over 29 years’ experience in construction, development, financial services, and banking industries. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Finance with minors in International Business and Human Resources, Chrissy brings extensive corporate experience to NWFC from her roles as CFO, Controller, Director of Finance and AVP of Lending at both private and publicly traded organizations. Chrissy has a Series 65 license, Life and Health insurance licenses in Oregon and Washington, as well as a Senior Professional of Human Resource certification. Chrissy seeks new adventures through on-going education, international travel, aviation, and farming. Chrissy and her husband Andy, have three grown children, two grandchild, and enjoy living on their hobby farm in Washington with their dogs and host of farm animals.
Chelsea Taylor handles all the human resources and payroll for NWFC. Chelsea comes to the team with over eight years of business management, accounting, and human resource experience. A graduate of Washington State University with a degree in Biology, Chelsea holds a SHRM Certification and a QuickBooks Certification. In her personal life Chelsea enjoys exploring with her family. Chelsea, her husband James an attorney for the US Army, and their daughter currently reside in Arizona.
Briana Jolma is a Staff Accountant for NWFC. Briana comes to the team with over 17 years of experience in the construction and real estate industries. Briana has held positions in project management, procurement, consulting and sales. Briana attended San Diego State University and started in real estate and construction upon returning to the Pacific Northwest and has held a real estate license since 2012. Briana enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends, while golfing, jogging, boating, and going to the beach. Briana currently resides on the gulf coast of Mississippi.
